01 Introduction & Definitions

04 Betting Rules & Conditions

All betting activity on tk7191 must follow the specified rules, which apply equally to every user.

Bet Types & Limits

Bet Cancellation & Recalculation

Tk7191 reserves the right to void or recalculate any bet under the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If evidence of match-fixing or corruption is found.
• Placing bets in violation of the user terms and conditions.

Odds & Payouts

All odds on tk7191 are set at competitive market rates. The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are final and will not be affected by any subsequent changes. For in-play betting, odds change in real time and the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will apply.

05 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following policies are strictly enforced for all deposits and withdrawals on tk7191.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳ 500.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and debit/credit card.
• Deposits are generally credited to your wallet instantly.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳ 1,000.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳ 2,00,000.
• Most withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes.
• For larger amounts, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.

06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Tk7191 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following terms carefully before using any bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer comes with its own wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is a one-time offer available to new users only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — you must complete the required rollover by placing bets the specified number of times.
• If attempts to claim bonuses across multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed.
• Bonus offers have a set expiry — if not used within the specified timeframe, they will be cancelled automatically.
• Tk7191 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk7191 platform. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.

• Fraud & Deception: Providing false information, using a fake identity, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting wagering requirements, or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Software Use: Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to manage betting activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illicit funds.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

08 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Tk7191 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. Before doing so, make sure your wallet has no remaining balance — withdraw any funds first.

Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you can choose to temporarily exclude yourself from the platform for a set period. This can be activated directly from your account settings or through the support team.

Tk7191 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of a Terms violation. Any legitimately earned funds will be returned; however, bonuses or funds obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

09 Limitation of Liability

Tk7191 accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection or technical issues on placed bets.
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.
• Any loss or damage caused by third-party websites or services.

In the event of a dispute, tk7191's decision shall be considered final. However, any complaint may be submitted through our support team and will be reviewed fairly.

10 Terms Amendment Policy

Tk7191 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these rules and terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Updated terms will be published on this page along with the revision date.
• Notifications will be sent to your registered email address for any important changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may request that your account be closed.
